BUSINESS VALUATION & APPRAISAL
The partners have over 30 years of combined experience in business valuation and appraisal. Our firm performs valuations for all purposes and at all levels. Valuation we provide include:
Certified business valuations prepared according to standards and practices developed by NACVA. These are necessary for legal proceedings, compliance with shareholder agreements, and other similar circumstances.
Market Value Estimates are suited for business owners who need a valuation for any circumstance where a certified valuation is unnecessary, and litigation is unlikely.
Broker's Opinion of Value. This is the most informal version of a valuation. It is most appropriate for exit planning and discussion purposes. It is also the most affordable option, and is based on market multiples and "rule-of-thumb" analysis.
