Tom has extensive background in tax planning, accounting, corporate consulting, and mergers & acquisitions. Tom has his B.S. in Accounting from Long Island (C.W. Post) University and his MBA from St. John's University.
PATRICK MURTHA

Patrick has over 10 years of experience helping business owners and individuals plan for the future. Patrick founded Murtha & Murtha Mergers and Acquisitions, a business brokerage, with his father (Tom) in 2009. In the decade since, he has helped dozens of business owners successfully exit their businesses, and plan for the tax complications that follow. Patrick has a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida.
KYLE FLISCHEL, CPA
Senior Accountant
Kyle manages many of the firm’s corporate accounting clients. Kyle is also an expert in tax consulting with extensive experience in all individual, corporate, and estate tax matters. Kyle has a B.S. in Accounting and a M.S.A. in Accounting from the University of South Florida. Kyle joined the team in 2015 and earned his CPA in January of 2019.

Emmy has been with Henson and Murtha for over 20 years. She is an expert in tax preparation, corporate accounting, and payroll. She has many fans thanks to her dedication and commitment to her clients' success.
JACKIE MOORE
Accountant
Jackie works with the firm's business clientele performing accounting work as well as payroll assistance. Her clients appreciate her attention to detail and expertise in accounting. Jackie has been with the team since 2018.
KAITLYN LITTLE

Kaitlyn is the newest member of the Henson & Murtha team, joining the firm in 2019. She has quickly become known for her positive attitude and her ability to learn quickly. Kaitlyn works closely with Emmy and Jackie to assist clients with their accounting and payroll needs.
